Conference of the Contact Center Association



On February 21-22, 2013, representatives of our company took part in a regular practical conference "Contact Centers: Best Practices" organized by Ukrainian Contact Center Association which took place at Premier Palace Hotel in Kyiv. 

The conference program consisted of four sessions at which the participants discussed the most pressing issues of the market of contact centers in Ukraine and CIS, its tendencies and prospects, increase in the efficiency of business processes of the contact centers, technological solutions and staff management solutions. 

Particular attention was paid to the problems and challenges of the contact center industry, and possible ways and methods of their resolution were proposed. The following leading companies presented their reports at the conference: Avaya, Kyivstar, Areon Consulting and others, and the hottest issues were discussed and solutions offered.
