Training conference "Customer Service Best Practices" was held under the aegis of the Ukrainian Contact Center Association (UCCA)



On October 10, 2013, representatives of Consumer Express took part in the training conference "Customer Service Best Practices", which is traditionally held by the Ukrainian Contact Center Association (UCCA). The conference was held at Premier Palace Hotel in Kyiv. The main content of the conference is sharing professionals’ experience in the area of customer services. More than 250 professionals from Ukraine, CIS and Europe took part in the conference.

At the conference, the participants made 24 practical reports dedicated to the improvement of customer service quality. Specialists of such companies as Kyivstar, DHL Express, Samsung Electronics, PrivatBank, UkrSibbank, ASKA Insurance Company, YouScan, Contact Center of the city of Kyiv, Beeper, Global Bilgi, Telecontact, Apex Berg, Areon Consulting, Interactive Intelligence and many others shared their experience.
